Parfums de Marly UK offers a 14-day return period for products purchased through our online boutique, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging with the protective film intact. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Care team via the online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the unopened fragrance in its original shipping box along with the completed return form, ensuring the product is securely cushioned for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the seal is intact, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
